Ingredients
- 1 kg mince chicken
- 250 gas channa dal (1.25 cups)
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 6 green chillies
- Salid garam masala- cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper OR 3 tsp garam masala powder
Method
- Boil dal in enough water that you can add the chicken later
- scoop of froth
- Add chicken, ginger, garlic, garam masala, green chillies, salt
- Cool it when its dry. If you have used solid garam masala, remove the pieces
- Blend
- Add 2 beaten eggs
- Make small patties and fry
