Shammi kebab- chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 kg mince chicken
  • 250 gas channa dal (1.25 cups)
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 6 green chillies
  • Salid garam masala- cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper OR 3 tsp garam masala powder

Method

  • Boil dal in enough water that you can add the chicken later
  • scoop of froth
  • Add chicken, ginger, garlic, garam masala, green chillies, salt
  • Cool it when its dry. If you have used solid garam masala, remove the pieces
  • Blend
  • Add 2 beaten eggs
  • Make small patties and fry
