1kg mutton
300grams yoghurt
2 onions cut and fried brown (1 American)
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 onions cut (1 American)
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
7 cloves, 1 stick cinnamon, 2 black cardamom, 3 green cardamom, 3 bay leaves
- Mix everything and keep overnight
- Cook over fire until meat is tender
- Sprinkle fresh coriander and sprinkle a pinch of shahi garam masala
