Paneer Khurchan

Paneer 250 gm (1 packet). Crumble it

Onion chopped small and fine 1 cup

Tomato chopped small and fine 1 cup

Turmeric, aestofida, red chilli powder, salt

Cilantro chopped 1/4 cup

1 tbsp grated ginger

3 chopped green chillies

 

  1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil
  2. Add the onion when hot
  3. When translucent and slightly brown, add the ginger and tomatoes
  4. Add salt, turmeric (1/2 tsp), red chili powder (1/2 tsp) and a pinch of aestfida
  5. Let it saute until its a paste
  6. Add the green chillies
  7. Add the crushed paneer and fry for a bit. Add salt for the paneer
  8. Add chopped orange capsicum
  9. After mixing, add a little bit of water so it cooks together nicely. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar
  10. Add cilatro
