You will need
500 g chicken breast fillet
3 cups coconut milk
3 tbsp oil
1/4 cup green curry paste
1 cup coconut cream
khaffir lime leaves
green beans
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil leaves
Sliced red chillies thinly sliced
Sweet basil for garnish
Process
- Boil chicken in 1 cup of coconut milk over medium heat for 8 minutes
- Put oil in a pan and add the green curry paste. Cook until fragrant
- Add the coconut cream and cook until oil surfaces
- Add the khaffir lime leaf and put in the remaining coconut milk
- Cook on medium heat for a bit
- Put in the chicken, add the green beans and basil leaves fish sauce and sugar
- Give it a boil and you are done
