Ingredients
- 1 tin condensed milk 397 gm
- 2 tins evaporated milk 397 gm each
- (maintain proportion of 1:2, if you want less sweetness you can experiment with less condensed milk)
- Green cardamom powder (grind after removing skin)
- Saffron strands
Directions
- Mix evaporated milk and condensed milk
- Add flavoring of powder and strands
- Add to kulfi mould and freeze
- Before serving, take out of freezer and cut into slices.
- Serve with faluda
Faluda
- Vermicelli, milk, rose sherbet, pistachio, almonds
- Boil Vermicelli in milk and rose sherbet
- Garnish with chopped pistachio and almonds
