Vaswani Kulfi

Ingredients

  • 1 tin condensed milk 397 gm
  • 2 tins evaporated milk 397 gm each
  • (maintain proportion of 1:2, if you want less sweetness you can experiment with less condensed milk)
  • Green cardamom powder (grind after removing skin)
  • Saffron strands

Directions

  1. Mix evaporated milk and condensed milk
  2. Add flavoring of powder and strands
  3. Add to kulfi mould and freeze
  4. Before serving, take out of freezer and cut into slices.
  5. Serve with faluda

Faluda

  1. Vermicelli, milk, rose sherbet, pistachio, almonds
  2. Boil Vermicelli in milk and rose sherbet
  3. Garnish with chopped pistachio and almonds
