Heat vegetable oil
Add cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon, black pepper
Add onions (chopped)
Fry until golden brown
Add ginger and garlic
Add tomatoes
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt
Add chicken (boneless, cut into small pieces)
Cook
Heat oil in a pan
Add tortilla
Fill with chicken, green chutney and onions soaked in lemon juice or vinegar
